Term and Conditions:
         - Transfer from / to Phuket International Airport (one way) by private car start from 700 - 1,000 THB depend on pick up time and no.of passenger.
        - There is no extra charge for children under 7 years sharing the same room as their parents ( limited to a maximum 1 child per room) without extra bed.
         - Extra bed is 500 THB in low season / 700 THB in high season.
         - Check-in time is 2 p.m.
        - Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charge at 50% of contracted room rate if check-out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.
         - 100% reservation of the room rate / room / night.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations/No show charges are applicable as detailed below. In case of cancellation written notice must be received by the hotel at least 15 days prior to the arrival date. In the event that this written notice is not received as stipulated, and in the event that there is a no-show at the hotel of the following charges are applicable without exception:
         - Low Season - 1 night charge
         - High Season and Peak Season - 2 nights charge
